• You must protect your recovery phrase and password
• You are liable for all activities under your account

2. Account Security

• Store your recovery phrase securely offline
• Use a strong password (minimum 12 characters)
• Enable 2FA when available
• Log out after each session on shared devices
• Report any suspicious activity immediately

3. Account Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for your account
• We are not liable for unauthorized access
• You must notify us of any security breaches
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations

Subscriptions

Plans, pricing, and terms

1. Subscription Plans

• Trial: Free, limited features
• Pro: $10 USDT/month, 5 AI users
• Business: $50 USDT/month, 20 AI users
• Enterprise: $200 USDT/month, unlimited users

2. Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions are monthly and auto-renew
• You can cancel anytime from your dashboard
• Payments are non-refundable once confirmed on blockchain
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• All prices are in USDT (ERC-20)

3. Free Trial

• Trial accounts have limited features
• Data retention is 1 day for trial accounts
• 50 messages per month on trial
• Upgrade anytime to unlock full features

Payments

Payment processing and verification

1. Payment Method

• Only USDT (ERC-20) is accepted
• Payments are non-refundable
• You are responsible for gas fees
• Payments are verified on-chain

2. Payment Verification

• Transactions are verified via Etherscan API
• Minimum 1 confirmation required
• Verification takes 30 seconds to 5 minutes
• Auto-fail after 1 hour if not confirmed

3. Fraud Prevention

• We use strict fraud detection measures
• Duplicate transaction hashes are blocked
• Suspicious activity triggers security review
• We reserve the right to cancel suspicious transactions

• Impersonation: Pretending to be Hercox AI
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile or hack
• Data Scraping: Large-scale automated data collection

📝 Enforcement

• Violations may result in account suspension
• We may terminate accounts without refund
• We cooperate with law enforcement
• We reserve the right to remove content

Intellectual Property

Ownership and rights

1. Hercox AI IP

• All Hercox AI software, code, and designs are proprietary
• You are granted a limited license to use the service
• You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our code
• Our trademarks and logos are protected

2. Your Content

• You retain ownership of your data
• You grant us a license to process your data
• We use your data only to provide services
• You can delete your data anytime

3. AI Outputs

• AI-generated content is for your use
• We do not claim ownership of AI outputs
• You are responsible for AI-generated content

Termination

• We may discontinue the service with 30 days notice
• We reserve the right to refuse service

3. Effects of Termination

• Data is permanently deleted after 30 days
• No refund for prepaid subscriptions
• You lose access to all features
• Intellectual property rights survive termination

Governing Law
